Can't seem to get hired. People always said "well, it takes a while to get started in your career." Yeah, a few years, maybe. Not 12 years, though. And it's a vicious cycle that employers and hiring teams keep feeding into.

And on top of that, You need this god awful degree paperworks even tho you may or may not know what your doing, Back in the day they taught you on the job, Now youd have to waste 5 years of your life following a piece of paper that says your qualified and in that time, Your an old subhuman and some of these companies STILL wont let you in!

And even when you do get that paperwork, employers don't care, anyway. I have a 4-year degree, and have it displayed proudly on my resume. It sure didn't help me get any interviews this summer, so what was even the point.

It's just "going through the motions" of going to college, getting an "education" (brainwashing), and doing your "due diligence."

Funny thing is, during the one full-time job I managed to hold in the field, I never once used anything I learned at school, aside from the general concepts of object-oriented programming, which I could've taught myself on W3Schools.

School is meant to make subservient, unthinking, uncritical, obedient workers. That's why they have us wake up so early in the morning to attend, even as children. And why, at least here, the schools resemble prisons, in a way, from the aesthetic architectural design, to the strict regimen and scheduling of your day. And when you answer questions in class, you better give the answer the teachers want, not the truth. Or else.
